Pakistan’s Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif arrived in Azerbaijan for an official three-day visit on October 13.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, the visit is taking place at the invitation of President Ilham Aliyev. Sharif is accompanied by a high-ranking government delegation.

Meetings and talks will take place at the highest level. Subjects of negotiations are development and strengthening of trade and economic relations, as well as regional and international problems which are of mutual interest. Following the results of the visit a declaration is expected to be signed, contact.az. reported.
