The newly elected US President Donald Trump will hold talks with Vladimir Putin from position of strength and will not withdraw the NATO troops from Russian borders, said assistant of Trump Rudolf Giuliani in an interview with CNN. In addition, Giuliani confirmed that Trump is going to cooperate with Russia in the areas where two countries “could cooperate " and will do in a way, that Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, and Barack Obama have not succeeded to.
