German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier stated that he was filled with joy and pride in connection with his nomination for German president, RIA Novosti reported.
The Minister said that president could not make the world better than it was.
Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier has been nominated for the post of president from German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s party Christian Democratic Union (CDU) and Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD).
