The Russian authorities consider unacceptable pressures through the UN General Assembly and Security Council on decision making of Damascus and Moscow in the context of humanitarian crisis, said the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov, reports RIA Novosti.

"The attempts of the UN Security Council and General Assembly are aimed to politicize that issue – to exert a pressure on Syria and Russia. Unfortunately, some of our partners are pursuing such a policy, which we obviously reject," he said.
