Russia and the Philippines will hold talks on signing an agreement on defense cooperation. The relevant decree signed by the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev will be posted on the Internet, reports RIA Novosti.
"To accept the suggestion of the Russian Defense Ministry, coordinated with Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Defense of the Republic of the Philippines, about negotiating the cooperation," the document reads.
