Azerbaijan can count on Belarus, as a "close friend," said the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko during talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, reports BELTA.

"You can count on us as a close friend. If we can somehow be useful to Azerbaijan, we are always ready for it. You well know our possibilities.  You're a great friend of Belarus, "Lukashenko said. He noted that Azerbaijan and Belarus cooperate in all directions. "We do not hurt anyone with our partnership, we are open for discussion everyday issues publicly," he said.
