Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry may hold a meeting in Rome, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov told TASS.

“This meeting is being prepared but the purpose of our minister’s visit to Rome is the participation in an international conference on the Middle East problems. The U.S secretary of state will also be there. I think that the meeting will take place,” Ryabkov said.

At the same time he noted that final details are still being discussed.
