On November 23, the OSCE monitoring was conducted in the line of contact between Armenian and Azerbaijani armed forces in Hadrut region. No incidents were registered.

The monitoring was conducted by OSCE Chairman-in-Office Personal Representative Coordinator Imre Palatinus, Field Assistants William Pryor and Zhaslan Nurtazin from the Armenian side, whereas Field Assistants Antal Herdic and Christo Christov from the Azerbaijani side.

The monitoring passed in accordance with the planned schedule. No ceasefire violations were registered on NKR-Azerbaijan line of contact. However, unlike Karabakhi side, Azerbaijan did not bring the observers to the first line. As a result the group was forced to conduct a monitoring at a distance, NKR foreign office press service informed NEWS.am.
