According to the information at Hraparak daily’s disposal, Control Service of Armenian President is carrying out inspections in the Armenian Government’s charity program coordination commission. The committee decides what activities are charitable and by its decision charitable organizations are exempted from taxes and customs duties. The Head of Department for Loans and Humanitarian Assistance Programs is Simon Ter-Simonyan.
