American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has decided to sue the US president Donald Trump and Vice President Michael Pence, as well as the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity, ACLU reported.
The lawsuit says that the “defendants have violated FACA in two respects.”
It was noted that “President Trump has violated requirements, that an advisory committee’s membership be fairly balanced in terms of the points of view.”
