Turkey always took sides with Azerbaijan. Turkish leaders everywhere expressed their support to Azerbaijan. The Karabakh issue is very important and we would always back Azerbaijan, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic said, when asked whether official Ankara will support Baku in case “Azerbaijan takes forced measures to ensure its territorial integrity”.
The Ambassador stressed that because of this Turkey had not opened the border with Armenia so far.
