The OSCE plenary session is over in Astana. All are expecting for the summit results. First, the participants intended to adopt a final declaration but it seems they failed to agree on the text of a document.

In particular Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Russia is not going to support wordings of the final document mentioning “conflict in Georgia”. He left the hall before the text of the final document was voiced.

A joint statement is likely to be adopted. Final press conference of Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev is constantly postponed. They say, negotiations on a final political document were lingered.
