The Taiwan issue is both the most important and most sensitive in China-US relations, said President Xi Jinping during talks with US President Donald Trump at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, Xinhua reported.

According to him, this issue is the political basis of US-China relations. Chinese President also hopes that the US will continue to observe “one China” policy and will not let it become a hindrance to bilateral relations.
