Armenian delegate to PACE Arpine Hovhannisyan noted that the PACE adopted the report by Azerbaijani delegate Sevinj Fataliyeva about "Defense of the victims of armed conflicts."
Due to the large-scale work of the Armenian delegation and with the support of PACE partners all non-Armenian formulations were removed from Azerbaijani delegate Sevinj Fataliyeva's text of the resolution, said.
