Russia is making efforts to increase the number of the OSCE observers on the contact line of Nagorno Karabakh, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Wednesday, TASS reported.

"Russia, along with other OSCE Minsk Group co-chair countries  dealing with the Nagorno Karabakh conflic settlement, actively supports easing of tensions on the line of contact and makes the efforts directed to expansion of the OSCE observation mission in a conflict zone," she said.
