Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Kazakh counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev discussed over the phone the results of the Congress of the Syrian National Dialogue held in Sochi on January 30, Kremlin press service reported.

Nazarbayev congratulated Putin on the success of the Syrian Congress in Sochi. The implementation of decisions taken during the Congress will be a significant contribution to the achievement of a political settlement in Syria under the auspices of the United Nations, the message says.
