Suren Karayan, the Minister of Economic Development and Investments of Armenia, received Manabu Horii, the Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan.
The parties underscored the signing of the agreement on liberalization, promotion, and mutual protection of investments between Armenia and Japan, the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Karayan noted that the two countries have great potential to deepen economic cooperation. In the minister’s words, the projects that were implemented in Armenia with the assistance of the Japanese government were quite effective.
The interlocutors exchanged views on the avenues for the strengthening of ties between the business circles of Armenia and Japan.
