On January 17 President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan will leave for a state visit to Cyprus, while on January 18 the Armenian leader will arrive on a state visit to Greece.

In the course of his visit to Cyprus Serzh Sargsyan will meet with country’s President Dimitris Christofias, Archbishop Chrysostomos II and President of the House of Representatives of Cyprus Marios Garoyian, RA presidential press service informed NEWS.am.

President Sargsyan will also participate in the opening of Armenian-Cypriot business forum and meet with the representatives of local Armenian community. On January 18, the Armenian President will lay a wreath at the memorial to Armenian Genocide victims and leave for Greece.

In Greece Serzh Sargsyan will meet with President Karolos Papoulias, Archbishop Hieronimos II of Athens and All Greece, Speaker of the Greek Parliament Philippos Petsalnikos and Prime Minister Georgios Papandreou. He will also hold meetings with the representatives of Armenian parties.

On January 20, President will return to Yerevan.
