On January 18, the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Thomas Hammarberg will pay a visit to Armenia.
On the same day, the Armenian Committee for the Protection of Political Prisoners and Persecuted will hold a picket in front of Armenia-Marriott hotel where Hammarberg intends to stay. They will demand immediate release of political prisoners in Armenia.
