At today’s press conference newly appointed Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan said he is determined to carry out structural reforms in the ministry.
He pledged to introduce reforms by making fundamental decisions. “There are no unsolvable problems. There is always a way to deal with the situation,” Tovmasyan emphasized.
The Minister pointed out two aspects of ministry’s activities – work with citizens and inside the ministry. “About 8,000 people directly or indirectly contact with the Justice Ministry daily,” he added. Tovmasyan also stated he has no “black list of staff”. “Each should do his work. It is the head of staff department, not the minister, who should deal with resignations and appointments,” he explained.
