A person was found hanged in Gyumri, the second largest city of Armenia. 

The 911 emergency hotline on Saturday received a call at 1:47am. It was informed that the resident of an apartment of a building in Gyumri was not responding to the knocks on the door and to the telephone calls, and rescuers were needed.

A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers opened the door of the apartment and found the hanged dead body of its resident—who was born in 1973—in the corridor.
