Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, who on Sunday arrived in Rwanda on a working visit, wrote the aforesaid in the book of honorable guests of the Rwandan genocide memorial, reported Russian News Agency TASS.
“The terrible tragedy, which took place a quarter century ago, is an incurable wound in the hearts of millions of people,” Lavrov also wrote, in particular.
