U.S. citizen Serop Der-Boghossian, head of Akhtala mining plant and owner of Metal Prince Corporation, is arrested, spokesperson for National Security Service Artsvik Baghramyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Der-Boghossian was charged with sexual abuse (Article 140, Armenian criminal code). If he is proved guilty he will have to pay a penalty. He may be sentenced to corrective labor or 1-3 years in jail.
