YEREVAN. – The court returned the claim filed by Sedrak Kocharyan, the Armenian second President Robert Kocharyan, against the director of the National Security Service Artur Vanetsyan, the Judicial Department’s press service reported.

A judge of the Yerevan court of general jurisdiction, Aida Davtyan decided to return the lawsuit to eliminate violations by the plaintiff and re-submit the lawsuit.

As reported earlier, Sedrak Kocharyan filed a lawsuit against Artur Vanetsyan demanding a public dismissal and compensation for moral damage.
