Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu is unable fly to Tbilisi from Batumi due to bad weather. The minister’s plane is still in Batumi and cannot depart from the local airport.
Today, at 11:00 a.m. Davutoglu was to meet with his Georgian counterpart Grigol Vashadze. However, the meeting has been indefinitely put off, Georgian mass media reports referring to the foreign ministry.
