YEREVAN. – President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian has sent a letter of congratulations to the President of Ireland Micahel Higgins on his re-election.
President Sarkissian said he is confident that Higgin’s activities and ambitious plans will contribute to the development and prosperity of Ireland.
“Armenia is ready to develop relations with Ireland both in bilateral and multilateral formats in the interests of our countries,” he said.
