As of February 1, 2011, a total of 613,593 subscribers are connected to the gas network in Armenia.

During January this year, the actual number of gas consumers of ArmRosGazprom increased by 702.

ArmRosGazprom was formed in 1997 and is currently the authorized capital amounts to 316.6 billion drams (about $ 875 million), which is divided into 62,997,784 ordinary shares of par value 5,026.5 ($ 14) AMD each. 80% of the shares are owned by Gazprom, 20% - the Government of Armenia through the Ministry of Energy. The company has 18 branches and is 100% founder of a 6-limited liability companies operating in the gas industry.
