Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan met with Prime Minister of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Irsen Kucuk.
The meeting was held behind closed doors and lasted for 45 minutes, Cihan agency reports. Following the meeting no statements were made to the press. Kucuk will also meet Turkish State Minister Egemen Bagis.
The relations between Turkey and Northern Cyprus have recently been strained. Erdogan’s visit to TRNC was accompanied by protest actions.
