Two people were hospitalized as 29-year-old Georgy S shot down the siblings- girl, 13, and boy, 12- on Wednesday, shamshyan.com reported.
The driver did not flee the scene, but helped the children to be taken to hospital, the source noted adding that the doctors say the children are in no danger.
According to the source, the driver is working as a manager at Derzhava Ltd.
