On February 23, NKR President Bako Sahakyan met senior staff of the republic’s Rescue Service.

Issues related to 2010 activities and plans for the year of 2011 were discussed during the meeting.

Head of the Rescue Service Arthur Haroutyunyan and responsible workers of the structure delivered reports.

Bako Sahakyan noted the work of the service has been substantially activated recently, meanwhile pointing out shortcomings.

Bako Sahakyan assigned to realize necessary arrangements for raising efficiency of the service’s activities, professionalism of the workers as well as the authority of the Rescue Service among the public. In this context, NKR President stressed the necessity of widening and deepening cooperation with Stepanakert City administration, republic’s regional administrations and corresponding structures of Armenia, NKR President6ail press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
