James Appathurai, NATO Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia, will visit Washington next week where he will address the political experts with “New Security Challenges, New NATO” speech.

The NATO representative and the U.S. officials will discuss regional problems, including protracted conflicts, Azerbaijan-based APA news agency reported.
