Alexey Miller is reelected Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee. The contract with Miller will be extended for 5 years starting from May 31, 2011.

Gazprom is basic shareholder of ArmRosGazprom.  

ArmRosGazprom was formed in 1997 and is currently the authorized capital amounts to 316.6 billion drams (about $ 875 million), which is divided into 62,997,784 ordinary shares of par value 5,026.5 ($ 14) AMD each. 80% of the shares are owned by Gazprom, 20% - the Government of Armenia through the Ministry of Energy. The company has 18 branches and is 100% founder of a 6-limited liability companies operating in the gas industry.
