19-year-old K. killed his mother, who refused to give him a pension of his late grandfather in Turkey.

According to Turkish Milliyet daily, neighbors of Fatima Kabatas, a 43-year resident of Maltepe district (Istanbul), did not learn news from her for a long time. They entered the woman’s house and found her dead.

As a result of investigative activities of the Turkish police, the woman’s 19-year-old son was arrested. When the young man was brought to the police, he justified himself, saying: “After my grandfather’s death, she refused to give me money from his pension. I killed her and punished. That’s so, why should I regret?” he said.
