When a natural disaster occurs in a city and someone offers help to overcome this natural disaster, it would be illogical to reject and dismiss this help, said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Wednesday.

His remarks came commenting on the scandal with the garbage trucks donated to the City Hall by Alex and Holding.

According to him, this is the same as if a flood had occurred somewhere and someone offered a car for pumping water. 

Commenting on fears that corruption risks are possible in this case, PM noted that even before the donation, certain actions were taken against Samvel Aleksanyan and his family members, as well as regarding his real estate and property.

“The previously privatized kindergarten was returned by the Municipality of Yerevan back to the city administration ... The same person had a cafe near the Yerevan Opera House, which was one of the previously dismantled buildings,” he said.
