YEREVAN. – Davit Khazhakyan, head of the opposition Luys faction at the Yerevan Council of Elders, said he will today release a new document at the Special Investigation Service, and with respect to the case on going beyond official powers and committing official fraud by some Yerevan Municipality officials.

"The issue of starting a criminal case will be decided within a short period of time—during the holidays, so the publication of this document will have a significant impact on the case," he added on Facebook. "I realize that there are festive moods, but I can't let the train of legitimacy pass us by again."
