The preliminary investigation of the criminal case related to Armenia’s former parliamentary speaker Ara Babloyan has been declared over once again. This is what Ara Babloyan’s attorney Aram Vardevanyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Ara Babloyan was summoned to the Special Investigation Service today, yet didn’t wish to answer reporters’ questions.

Ara Babloyan is charged with possessing the powers of the Constitutional Court of Armenia with a group of officials and committing official fraud.
