A man tried to kill his wife with a kitchen knife in Armenia.

Armen Parsadanyan, resident of the Armenian town of Charentsavan, stabbed his wife in the chest several times, photo journalist Gagik Shamshyan informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. He left the woman to bleed to death in the street and fled the location.

Eyewitnesses took the injured woman to the hospital.

On the same day policemen managed to detain the man, kitchen knife was found and confiscated. Criminal proceedings were instituted.
