Decision to include Tsarukyan in Security Council reasonable – NSC secretary

YEREVAN. – Secretary of Armenia’s National Security Council Arthur Baghdasaryan labeled a decision to include the leader of Prosperous Armenia Party Gagik Tsarukyan in the council as reasonable and logical.

Baghdasaryan stressed that Tsarukyan is one of a key figures in the ruling coalition.

“At present three political forces are bearing responsibility for authorities’ actions. Members of the ruling party are usually included in a security council worldwide,” he told the journalists on Saturday.

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on Friday to include Gagik Tsarukyan in Armenia’s National Security Council.
