61-year-old Khachik Sargsyan hit Mariam Petrosyan, 31 and Ruzanna Kapishyan, 27. The driver took them to St. Gregory the Illuminator medical center, photo journalist Gagik Shamshyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The witnesses contacted the police that Sargsyan was a former policeman of road police. The girls are journalists at Hay TV.
