Deputy Chairman of the French Senate, a senator from the Rhone, a member of the French Communist Party Guy Fisher will vote for the bill criminalizing the denial of the Armenian Genocide on May 4, Hayots Ashkharh newspaper writes.

“The deputies communists have made a significant contribution in this struggle.  Since 1965, my party fellows have raised the issue of recognition of the Armenian Genocide periodically," Fisher said.

Guy Fisher suggested calling the bill “On criminal responsibility for public denial of crimes against humanity”.
