According to Rightmove, the number of site visits has returned to the pre-quarantine level of 5.2 million users per day. And the number of online applications by 8-10% already exceeds the number of calls per week in early February.

Most of the 700 clients who plan to purchase a home in the coming months intend to move to more spacious homes or in the suburbs, RIA Novosti quotes Savills' representatives.

At the same time, UK residents are in no hurry to conclude contracts. Most are waiting for lower prices in the market.
