A total of 192,014 persons with disabilities were recorded in Armenia last year, Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Zaruhi Batoyan said during Friday's debates on the 2019 state budget performance report.
According to her, nearly 6,500 elderly people and persons with disabilities received care services in the relevant state institutions under the ministry.
