A man with severe burns and burn shock was taken to hospital.
The police found out that he is Sargis A., 35, a resident of Yerevan.
According to preliminary information, he tried to commit suicide by pouring gasoline on himself and setting himself on fire, but this was prevented by police officers and ordinary citizens.
Police are preparing a report on this incident.
