Today at 5:48 p.m. the National Center for Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia received an alarm according to which a grassy area near Yerevan Zoo was being burnt.
Two firefighting-rescue squads of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations left for the scene of the incident, called for help, after which two more squads were sent.
The fire was contained at 6:34 p.m.
