Maintenance of diplomatic missions next year will be carried out only at expense of the state budget, Armenian FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan told Armenian parliament Thursday.
According to him, it is planned to reduce, and in the future, completely eliminate the inflow of funds that go beyond the budget.
