In 2021, the government plans to allocate a total of AMD 177,600,000,000 to the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport. This is what Minister of Finance of Armenia Atom Janjughazyan said during today’s joint session of the Standing Committees on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs and on Science, Education, Culture, Diaspora, Youth and Sport of the National Assembly.

Janjughazyan added that there will be 10% (AMD 16,600,000,000) growth compared with the year 2019. Moreover, compared with 2020, expenditures for the needs of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport have been reduced by AMD 2,000,000,000.
