Head of the Department for Crimes against Public Health at the Prosecutor General’s Office of Armenia Raphael Khachatryan has submitted a resignation letter, yerevan.today reported.
Yesterday former Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan made a call, urging his colleagues to serve the state, not the authorities, and to not let the betrayers of the state use their high professional capabilities to the detriment of the state and people.
