Copper on Monday morning is rising in price and trading at highs since 2012; investors are optimistic about the prospects for the recovery of the global economy, according to trading data.
The cost of March copper futures on the Comex exchange grew by 0.23% to $ 3.6873 per pound.

Copper prices continue to show strong growth amid improved prospects for the global economic recovery, which, in turn, is caused by the start of mass vaccinations against COVID-19 and the gradual lifting of quarantine restrictions around the world.
