The Japanese authorities will offer foreign diplomats in the country to be vaccinated against the coronavirus.

The Japanese government will ask foreign diplomatic missions to provide lists of employees and their family members who would like to be vaccinated in Japan.

On February 17, they will begin to vaccinate residents of the island state against coronavirus. The first to be vaccinated will be doctors and nurses, who are in contact with patients more often than others and, accordingly, are at greater risk of contracting a dangerous infection.
