I have submitted a report to the Prosecutor General's Office [of Armenia]—presenting the attached evidence—that [PM] Nikol Pashinyan's assistant Anna Vardpetyan, and Artur Ayvazyan, an investigator of the General Investigation Department of the RA [Republic of Armenia] Investigation Committee, have committed a number of apparent crimes by using [their] official position. Lawyer Amram Makinyan on Thursday wrote this on Facebook.
On Wednesday, Makinyan had made a post referring to the videos published by 168.am, and written that these videos show Pashinyan's assistant sending to the aforesaid investigator the decision to include the son of Ruben Hayrapetyan—an ex-MP from the former ruling Republican Party of Armenia—as a defendant in a criminal case.
